Rubber Pads for Excavators on Steel Tracks

What are Rubber Pads used for?

Rubber Pads can be Clipped or Bolted onto existing Steel Tracks on an excavator, as a means to protect delicate surfaces such as Asphalt, and Concrete yards and track-ways.

Available in 3 different styles (Roadliners, Clip-on and Bolt-On), each rubber pad style has different use cases and benefits. Read on below to see which is best for your machine.

Our Rubber Pad Range

  • clip-on rubber pad for excavator

    Clip-On Rubber Pads

Available in a range of sizes to suit most excavators fitted with steel tracks. These rubber pads clip onto existing track shoes.

Advantages of this type of pad is that they are quick and easy to fit, and can be removed if the site conditions change

  • bolt-on rubber pads

    Bolt-On Rubber Pads

Some excavators come with pre-drilled track shoes which enable pads to be bolted to existing track shoes.

Advantages of this type of pad are that the pad retains the strength of the steel pad, and therefore can be lighter.

Bolt-on pads are also less likely to be accidently knocked off during operation.

  • Roadliner Rubber Pads

    Roadliner Rubber Pads

Roadliner rubber pads are fitted in place of the steel track shoes and provide a more permanent solution than other pad types, making the excavator more like a rubber tracked machine, whilst retaining the strength of a steel track chain.
